Nearly one-fourth of respondents (12/54) mentioned a need for customer service and/or front desk skills. A typical response emphasized the need for interpersonal and multitasking skills. As one respondent articulated, "Front desk skills [are] most difficult to find: customer service, speed and multitasking, ability to file ABC, understanding insurance and authorizations, and how to take full phone messages."
